Skagit Toe Tappers is a troupe of mixed ages. I have a 12 year old and a 82 year old in my troupe. BUT I sort of lean towards the senior age group. It is so IMPORTANT to maintain our health through exercise. Clogging is a complete body exercise: mind, heart, circulatory system and skeletal structure. IT SIMPLY Can't BE BEAT! Give it a try.
